What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional Hindu medical system and, as it’s at least 5,000 years old, is actually one of the oldest medical systems out there. It focuses on a holistic balance of the mind, the body, and the spirit. More specifically, Ayurvedic medicine incorporates herbal remedies, exercise, and mindfulness practices in order to align the body with how one experiences the universe.
